Start a lane proposalA quote for a specific movement with its own cargo, dates and agreed terms.
A rate and service proposal based on frequency, volume and the contract period.
An accepted proposal does not automatically book future loads. Each movement needs its own date, capacity check and confirmation.
Ordinary dry, non-hazardous business goods, including boxed and palletized cargo. Refrigerated, oversize, hazardous, specialized and household-moving shipments are outside the initial offer.
Yes, you can request TGM-operated transportation. We review the vehicle, payload, loading requirements and schedule. The approved quote identifies the actual fulfillment role.

A proposed award still needs carrier acceptance of the written assignment. Bidding does not reserve the load.

SINGLE SHIPMENT
BEFORE YOU SHIP
Requests start a review.
Written confirmation comes next.
Use a recurring-lane request for repeated routes or a delivery contract. TGM reviews volume, timing and service needs before preparing a proposal. Each shipment still needs a separate dated release.
Your quote identifies the contracting company and whether TGM transports the goods or arranges a separate carrier. Equipment, authority, insurance and capacity must be verified before acceptance. This demo does not establish active operating authority.
TGM reviews price, equipment, timing, identity, authority, insurance and terms. Offers are private; the lowest bid does not automatically win. An award needs written rate confirmation and carrier acceptance. No unapproved rebrokering or substitution.
Dispatch support serves a specific carrier under an agreed scope, authorization and fee. The carrier decides which loads to accept. Brokerage arranges transportation for a shipper and follows TGM’s separate quote, carrier-selection and assignment process. The actual activity and agreements determine the applicable requirements.
Every quote states its price basis, included services and payment terms. Waiting, extra stops, redelivery and cancellation charges must be agreed in writing. There is no standard hourly rate or automatic deposit for freight.
Describe, package and label your shipment accurately, including weight, dimensions, value and handling. Coverage and exclusions need confirmation; a bid does not promise full replacement-value coverage. Keep shipping records and delivery exceptions, and report loss or damage under the applicable agreement and law. Proof of delivery does not waive all claims.
The board shows reviewed city/state lanes, general cargo, equipment, quantity, dimensions, weight and timing. Customer contacts, exact addresses, original documents, customer prices and competing offers are not shown in the carrier view. A live portal must restrict shipment details to the assigned, verified carrier.
